Account Terms

- UKIPTV.LTD may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
Billing and Payments
- All subscription fees are charged in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
- Subscription prices may change at any time without prior notice.
- Subscriptions expire at the end of the selected billing period and do not automatically renew. Customers must manually renew their subscriptions.
- Full payment is required before service activation.
- We accept payment via Bank Transfer, Revolut, PayPal, and other supported payment methods displayed during checkout.
- Failed or reversed payments may result in immediate service suspension until the matter is resolved.
Content and Service Use
- UKIPTV.LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Recording, downloading, redistributing, reselling, sharing, or otherwise exploiting any content without authorization is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue any content, channel, category, feature, application support, or service component at any time without notice.
- Channel availability, content availability, EPG data, Catch-up services, and VOD libraries may change without prior notice due to technical, provider, licensing, or infrastructure reasons.
Service Maintenance and Updates
- UKIPTV.LTD regularly performs maintenance, upgrades, migrations, security improvements, and infrastructure updates to maintain service quality and stability.
- Certain updates, emergency fixes, security patches, server migrations, domain changes, application compatibility updates, or provider-side changes may be implemented immediately and without prior notice.
- As IPTV applications are developed and maintained by third-party companies, app-related changes may require urgent updates from our side to maintain compatibility.
- Service interruptions may occur during maintenance, updates, migrations, or emergency technical work.
- While most updates are completed within a few hours, some maintenance procedures may require additional time depending on their complexity.
- Customers agree to allow up to 24 to 48 hours for maintenance, emergency updates, system migrations, application compatibility adjustments, or technical issue resolution when required.
- No compensation, refund, extension, or credit will be provided for temporary interruptions resulting from maintenance, updates, emergency fixes, infrastructure upgrades, third-party application changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
- UKIPTV.LTD provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific channel availability, or compatibility with all devices and applications at all times.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
- We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet service providers, third-party applications, device manufacturers, hosting providers, payment processors, or force majeure events.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.
